Hendricks says Andy Pettitte is pitching in 07 and interested in pitching beyond that. I think this makes Pettitte NYY bound. Astros GM Tim Purpura has stated they are hesitant to giving Pettitte a milti-year deal.
As an Astro fan I am fine with letting Andy go to NY after all of his comments leading up to this release.
Also, Andy is reportedly only interested in pitching in NY or Houston.
