Sorry but another roto question help needed

Couple weeks ago I was working on a deal for Francouer but never came together so I moved onto another deal.

11 team NL only keeper league $260 auction for 23 players we keep 11 plus 3 minor league players.

Following trade I'm thinking about doing

I trade

Tom Gordon $21 (can be kept for 2 more years)
Scott Thorman $3 (2 more years)
Miguel Olivo $3 (2 more years)

I receive

Kevin Mench $5 (1 more year)
Shane Victorino $1 (1 more year)

Mainly looking for opinions on Victorino and Mench for next season. This assumes Mench stays in the NL otherwise I just lose him and get nothing in return. With rumours of Rowand being on the move was wondering if Victorino woudl slide into fulltime CF duty or is he slated for RF duty with Delucci gone now?

I play in a 12-team version. Gordon is protectable at $21. What do the available closers go for at auction?

Victorino would be the natural fit in CF, but do not forget about Michael Bourn.

Mench is priced nicely at $5 but he struggled beyond comprehension last season.

Olivo is a good player at $3 in an NL-only and Thorman has the potentila to slide into 1B if LaRoche is dealt.

I wouldn't do it, but I can see some of the allure esp if Victorino can recapture his AAA numbers.

On my roster

I already have Mike Gonzalez at $7 or $12 and Coco Cordero at $15 on my roster so I really didn't have much plans on keeping Gordon at $21. Thats what Gordon cost me last year in the auction.

Think I'm going to do it, I'm looking more at upside and Victorino and Mench could have their value go up if some of the rumored trades happen. For example Mench/Lieber and Rowand/Garcia.

If Mike G goes to Atlanta he won't be closing. he's still worth the price but no saves leaves you with one closer.

Just know

that Mench should be, and most likely will be traded.

I'd pay to not have him on my roster anyway, so...

Victorino

Victorino is going to get at bats even if Rowand stays, and all signs point to him moving somewhere. Victorino's only competition would come in the form of Michael Bourn who nowhere near ready. He is the reason they are shopping Rowand, well that and the fact that they desperately need a bullpen. Victorino should be good for .280-.290 avg, 30-35 sbs, and 100 runs. And Gordon is suspect to injury, the Phils are desperately trying to get some insurance for him. This deal should work as you get some value and a nice salary dump.
