FA Compensation

Can anyone direct me to a site that lists what type of Free Agent a player is? For example, we know Soriano is an A list player, but I need a list for everyone. Due to the new CBA, I under stand that C list players have been eliminated. Also, is it true that teams no longer have to offer arbitration to FA's that opt not to resign and the team still gets compensatory picks? Has the MLB even released this infomration yet?

Type B Picks

I think the changes are gonna make a much larger supp. 1st round now, b/c teams don't really have mucn incentive to not offer comp. because the signing team won't have to give up anything, so it won't make them less willing to sign type B's

I read this

They have a lot of details over at Baseball Prospectus. Some new things have to do with the draft. Paticularly the fact that there is a Aug 15 deadline to sign draft picks and teams will be compensated the next year with a pick in the same slot if the player is unable to sign by the deadline. The new CBA made a lot more reform to the revenue sharing rules rather than FA>
