up to date FA list

Does anyone know where i could get an actual up-to-date FA list which includes everyone who has been designated for assignment?

If so it would really help me out because MLB.com doesn't seem too on top of it.

Not sure this will help, but...

...this is about a detailed list as I have bookmarked. KFFL has some pretty good stuff. If you are looking for a specific player who was on a MLB 40-man roster last season mlb4u.com has a pretty detailed list of who was released, designated, contract options not picked up, etc. Just go to the team page of the last club for which he played. The kffl page for free agents is below:

I figured something was up when I saw Gary Bennett signing with Milwaukee. Not that it would be a bad thing...I just wish my Cards had signed Robert Fick or Miguel Olivo instead.

Some smaller moves they haven't made yet, Chris George signed with Florida, Kevin Hooper(frpm John's home city of Lawrence) re-signed with Detroit, i believe Brandon Duckworth signed with Pittsburgh and Ramiro Mendoza re-signed with NY...also JT Snow signed with Boston
