Draft and Follows for 2005

I know that this is a site about Minor League Ball, but since the draft is about 2 weeks away and these guys are about to become minor leaguers, I am thinking that this subject is OK.  I am curious as to who the top 20 or so draft and follow players are heading into the 2005 draft, which teams drafted them last year and what are the chances of them signing before the deadline.  A brief scouting report on them would be appreciated.  I am also specifically interested in any potential draft and follows for the Yankees this year as well.

Baseball America
They had a list of the top ten, I only remember the Giants who where on it. I read it in the print edition, but I am not sure if it made it online. They also talk about DFE's in their regional reports.

Also, you can check to see who the Yankees didn't sign from the draft.

#1 was Omar Aquilar, the highest drafted DFE. It doesn't look like he will sign. He only threw ~20 innings due to elbow tenderness.

#8 or 9 was a lefty named Quinowski who drew comparisons to Hampton in how he pitches and body type. He did sign with the Giants.

I don't recall that BA was overly excited about any of them.
