i'd move kazmir down a few spots. probably somewhere between miller and billingsley.

than the original list by far.  I would flip flop Granderson with Cain and Reyes with Weeks.

It's a lot better, Milledge too high, but a lot better. Then again, rearranging BP's list randomly after the top 3 could well result in a better list.

impresssive
impressive list.  I would move Davies higher than Capellon and get Willingham off the board.  Niel Walker or Jeff mathus are better catching propsects.

I also agree with Rickie Weeks not being a top-20
