I hope everyone had a good Christmas weekend.

I took Christmas Eve and all of Christmas Day off of work. I am going to pull out all the stops in an attempt to get the book finished by January 1st.

Grades

Can someone explain John's grading system to me. Is A sure fire all-star then C+ might see the show. If you have experience on this will you break down the grades for me please?

Also, how do you put a signature on your comments?
