400 Pound Cheesecake!

Since John hasn't posted any cheesecake in awhile, I give you this...

Yeah, yeah - not what you were expecting. But that's a heck of a cheesecake!

It started with the World Series trophy being placed on display in the City Hall lobby and with the cutting of a giant Eli's cheesecake topped by a Sox hat.

During the lobby ceremony, Reinsdorf presented Daley with a World Series ball. It was not the final out ball that first baseman Paul Konerko had presented to an emotional Reinsdorf last week.

The lovefest continued at a news conference, where Daley presented both Reinsdorf and Guillen with a pair of gifts: a framed picture of each man addressing the crowd at Friday's Loop rally; and a scrapbook of photographs from that unforgettable ticker-tape parade that wended its way through the neighborhoods of Bridgeport, Chinatown, Pilsen, Greektown, Bronzeville and the University of Illinois at Chicago before heading down La Salle Street.
