I'll start with pitching.

I think we should part ways with Kyle Lohse, and Joe Mays will be gone.   Lohse and Gardy don't have a good relationship anyways, and we have guys ready who are better.

My plan would be to trade Hunter, and let Jones go.  Hopefully get some draft pick compensation on Jones.  I don't think Hunter is worth 10.75 mill a year, he's good in the field but a very average hitter, and not very clutch.  I'd move him for some worthwhile prospects, hopefully who aren't too far off.

Denard Span and Matt Moses are atleast a year off, so they won't be of much help this year.  

Terry Ryan needs to trade some prospects/players (such as Hunter, possibly Radke) to make our offense more potent.  It simply can't compete right now.  

Kubel is gonna need to be ready and contribute right away, morneau will need to have a MUCH better year and Mauer will need some more pop, if we are to get back to the playoffs.
