Crystal Ball
Is it just me, or does he look like he's searching for Pete Rose's bookie in the stands?
I'm gonna' say he looks like a natural corner infielder.
First stab at the Crystal Ball:
Season Wet Diapers Dirty Diapers Upchucks
2006 603 334 233
2007 622 340 108
2008 289 348 021
As you can see, he shows steady improvement in his control of the Upchuck zone, and small, but noticeable improvement from year to year in dirty diapers. Fortunately, as he ages, he shows much better control of his bladder, much to the delight of his manager.
Disclaimer -
Remember - this is not the only possible future for Jackson Sickels. Please do not send emails telling me how I have underrated his offensive abilities.
Thanks
I worry about his offensive longevity

bladder control
2006 Season a Wash
You may well be proven correct. We didn't include any stats from the 2006 season, as his late arrival provided too small a data set to be statistically valid. Couple that with the fact that, with any young player entering a new league, his stats would naturally be skewed.
Since we didn't include his 2006 stats, we wanted to project a three year window, in which he should be able to establish a legitimate profile of how he'll look over time.
Thanks
Congrats
Pigs57,
You didn't mention Jackson's defensive ability.
What up??

Congrats
If you need any company online in between late-night diaper changes and during plain old sleepless nights, I'm pretty sure we've got some members on this site that are up pretty late.

Congratulations
"Just try to get a curve by me".
Congrats!
I also think that we need to watch out for Jackson Sickles in the 2023 draft. Maybe he'll be drafted by the Cubs, make the bigs as a september callup the next year, and help the Cubs win their first world series since 1908!
hehehehe...

Wonderful
And notice that he's got his left arm back in the picture. Good position but he needs to work on his release or he'll end up as a LOOGY.
so cool that you shared this with us...
